Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, materials, and information in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may impact project timelines.
Clients must provide clear, timely feedback and approvals at designated project milestones. Failure to respond within deadlines may result in project delays.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content and materials provided to us.
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Typically, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or according to agreed milestones.
Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services until payment is received. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is made.
We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors or issues reported within a reasonable timeframe.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Upon termination, we will provide all completed work and materials to the client.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent. This obligation continues even after the termination of our working relationship.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
